Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Your Apps Store ("YAS," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Decoder Works. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a paid developer service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

YAS is a web-app launcher and discovery directory. Users can save links to web apps in a private personal library. Developers can submit web apps for possible public listing in the YAS directory.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, YAS does not own, operate, control, endorse, or provide the third-party web apps listed or saved through the service. Opening a web app takes you to that third party's website and is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Personal user accounts are intended for saving and organizing web apps. Developer accounts are intended for submitting and managing public listings. Paid developer services may only be purchased by someone who is at least 18 years old and has authority to make the purchase for the person or business represented.

Web apps that a user adds privately to My Apps are not submitted to the public directory and are not made discoverable to other users. We process the information necessary to store and sync that private library as described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting a web app, you represent that you own the app or are authorized to act for the person or organization that owns or operates it.

You also represent that the information you submit is accurate and that your listing does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of any third party.

You grant YAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, and display the names, logos, descriptions, screenshots, links, and other materials you submit solely for operating, reviewing, promoting, and displaying your listing on YAS.

Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, traffic, clicks, saves, or any business result. We may review, reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove a listing if we reasonably believe it is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, unavailable, technically broken, or inconsistent with these Terms or our platform standards.

Prohibited submissions include malware, phishing, scams, deceptive impersonation, illegal products or services, content that infringes intellectual property, and websites designed primarily to collect information through misleading means.

Developer listing plans and Boost pricing are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; the treatment of the current paid period is described in our Refund Policy.

Boost is available only for active listings. Boost may increase sponsored placement for relevant searches, but it does not change reviews, ratings, moderation decisions, or guarantee impressions, clicks, saves, conversions, or revenue. Sponsored placements are identified as sponsored.

You may not use YAS to interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, scrape the service in a manner that creates unreasonable load, impersonate others, submit false ownership claims, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or the integrity of our review process.

YAS and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by Decoder Works or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

YAS may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for the independent acts, content, products, policies, or availability of third-party web apps that you choose to open or use.

YAS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, continued availability of any third-party app, or the accuracy of information supplied by third-party developers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoder Works and YAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or a third-party web app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may stop using YAS at any time. You may request account deletion through Support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, security risk, or unlawful conduct.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Florida.
